One of my favorite things about Ayurveda is that it gets to the root of our concerns rather than just treating the symptoms. If you sign up for a full health consultation, my goal will be to bring you back into balance based on your unique constitution and give you the tools for healing.

The first step of the process is for you to fill out the intake form because I need a full picture of your current concerns as well as your medical history in order to give you the most thorough information possible. Once your intake form is complete, we can set up a plan and schedule our appointment. Some clients prefer an initial consultation and monthly follow ups, while others may only want follow up appointments a couple of times each year.

Initial consultations are $100, which includes an hour of reviewing the intake form, enquiring about your dietary and lifestyle habits and providing recommendations that are unique to you. I may also include links to products that may benefit you as well as providing the option of creating an herbal formula specifically for you—these products are at an additional cost but you are under no obligation to purchase anything outside of our session.

Follow up sessions are $50 each or are available as packages at a reduced price. Please email me if you’re interested!
